WAREHOUSE MANAGER

An Exciting opportunity has arisen within a local company who are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager.

They want someone with:

With excellent Management skills to lead a team of 14 people
Who can develop and motivate there team to increase productivity
Who can achieve rapid delivery turnaround to worldwide customers
Who can maintain a full production schedule
With forward thinking and a highly disciplined approach
Who can play an active part in training, development and disciplinary matters.
With a positive and effective attitude and able to grasp rapidly new challenges and also adaptable to different situations.
Who is used to 5’s
Who is used to computer software such as windows, excel and also sage. Although training will be available for this
Who can introduce change and working towards lean initiatives.

The ideal person will have excellent communication skills. Had previous experience as a manager in a similar role as they will be leading a team of people. Has a good understanding of logistics and has a passion and drive to achieve results. They must be reliable, hardworking and flexible.
